Dr.September Higgs is the Executive Director and CEO Dedicated, driven by a passion for empowering youth and women. As a three-time author certified mentor, she helps individuals recognize their worth and greatness. With a doctorate in Business and Christian Leadership, September is also an ordained evangelist, making a significant impact through her programs, resources, and events. Her mission is: ensuring that no queen is left behind.

At our mentee ceremony, we cherish the involvement of parents, believing it’s essential for them to the opportunity to speak life and affirmations to children. This special moment fosters a supportive environment, encouraging our mentees to grow and thrive. We invite parents to heartfelt words that inspire and uplift, lasting memories for both them and their children.

As a mentor, I understand the importance of meeting each mentee right where they are. I believe every child is unique and has their own strengths and challenges. By tailoring my approach to fit their individual needs, I aim to create a supportive environment that fosters growth and confidence. Together, we can unlock full potential.

At QFYC we believe in the power of experiences to foster connections. That's why we take mentees on field trips, allowing to bond and express themselves in a fun environment. Each mentee is paired someone they may not know well, which encourages the development of communication skills and builds trust. It's all about stepping out of comfort zones and growing together
