September Higgs, the Executive Director and CEO, is a dedicated leader with a passion for empowering women and young girls to recognize their worth and their greatest potential. As a three-time author, certified mentor, and inspirational leader, she walks in her calling as an evangelist. September is making a significant impact through the amazing programs, resources, and events she provides to the community. Her mission and vision ensure that no queen is left behind.

We are a dedicated sisterhood of women committed to empowering others to embrace their royalty and recognize the power they hold within. We firmly believe in the strength of collective support and work tirelessly to create a positive and encouraging environment for women of all ages and backgrounds.
